The majority of companies have been making money off supposed "shipping and handling" for many years. Does it really cost $8.95 to have a pen shipped? Does an mp3 player weigh that much to justify a $12.00 shipping cost? Of course not. Many companies make lots of money off of alleged shipping charges.

After looking into shipping costs, packing materials and time spent preparing the package we have decided the flat rate of $3.95 is reasonable. Some orders might cost less then $3.95 to ship (some might cost more). Our very talented artists are willing to be paid from the orders that have a difference from the flat shipping rate less the actual shipping and handling cost.

We keep our overhead costs down and focus on making a quality item and customer service. Though our business plan is unique in that the company might not actually make money all the time it does give our rice writer artists that chance to have people see their talent, do work they love and be appreciated.

To remain in business we need to ship thousands of necklaces. We are for real, we do quality work and hope you will order a personalized necklace for yourself or as a gift for someone else.
